Disappointed

<p>I am quite upset with the service I received from EC Loans. On the website, it states that they have quick turnaround times. I urgently needed money for my student fees, but it took me a whole week for the loan to be approved. Thus, I had to borrow money from a friend so long. I also sent emails enquiring about the status of my loan, and when the money would appear in my bank account and they also did not reply to that. And, to top it off, I am still waiting for the money</p>
