No advice -just pay

I went to get new number plates. I sent my mother to buy it and she wasn't sure if it's long or short plates. The reply was..his not sure too. No suggestion to rather bring the car to make sure nor to assist in fitting it. Gave me the short ones and paid R220 (Saturday 30/5) I needed the long ones so went back Tuesday 2/6. No apology or anything. Paid AGAIN R360 and had to ask for the plates to be fitted as I cannot take out permanently fastened rivets. Not happy at all with paying R 580 for number plates
