No delivery, no response to phone calls or mails

On 9 January I ordered pet clippers to the vale of around R1350 online. Payment was made and acknowledged a few minutes later. Since then I have heard nothing. I have phoned 4 times, emailed 3 and received no response. I am starting to think this is a **** company. My first bad experience with online shopping, but it will prevent me from going direct ever again and trying to give small business owners the business. I am afraid I will only be buying from the huge organizations from now on.
