************ & dishonest

<p> Like so many of the complainants here, I app**** for a loan from ECF. The fee was deducted from my account on 25/11/15. Now, end June, it has been deducted again. After being completely unsucessful in phoning them, I emailed them using the online form. My email was escalated to Marius, who obviously couldn't give a **** about conacting me, either in regard to a refund or just bothering to explain why this happened. I have now contacted the ombudsman for financial services, in the hope of stopping this place from taking any more money *******ly from anyone else!!</p>
