********ly Debiting my account

I dont understand how you can debit someones account without their knowledge. I have no business dealings with you and don't see how you can be debiting my account. I have been on the phone for the last 45min waiting to try and speak to a consultant but all I keep hearing is our consultants are currently busy. This is completely unacceptable.
