******** debiting of my account

These ******* go into my account every 3 months to take my money... I am gatvol and when i call they never answer like i have money or airtime for them to waste my time. 25 Feb 2017 they deducted R49.99 without explanation, today 25 Oct 2017 they took R109.99 and i dont have anything with these people, when i needed their assistance in 2015/ 2016 they charged me a fee of R300 for their useless service which they told me i could not be assisted... Now why take money i dont have??? ******* people!!! Sies
