UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDER

nauthorized debit order EC FINANCE/***6 SAGE R 109.99. I have without a doubt not given authorization nor consent for this debit order to be deducted from my account. I want this resolved immediately, I want this debit order cancelled from EC Finance, my funds refunded and I want confirmation of the above said DONE! This is unacceptable, I cannot believe the poor business practice, it is astonishing. GET THIS RESOLVED. Some of your previous complaints are all for the same reason, do you not get it!!! YOU CANNOT TAKE MONEY UNAUTHORIZED AS YOU WILLINGLY PLEASE!!! I was NOT advised telephonically (twice) nor at any other time that monies will be deducted from my account should i decline a loan application . How can I pay for a service I have not received? Seriously??? I am not threatening you I AM TELLING you, that should this not be resolved withing 48hours hereof, I will be taking legal action.
