Unauthorized Debit Order

I app**** for a loan with EC finance about two weeks ago. I never received any feedback regarding the loan but instead I received an invoice and a debit order consent form. I did not agree to the debit order yet my account is being debited. This is unacceptable, they cannot provide feedback on application but are quick to take my money. I want my R200 back.
