unauthorized debit

I have never dealt with this company and yet i have a debit on my account. If this is not resolved within 24 hours im reporting this to the financial ombudsman. How the hell do you debit peoples.account without providing a service. You peoplee want to rip.us poor people off. I will sue this xompany to its last and personally come to your office and create a rukus if this is not resolved.
