Unauthorized Debit

Please can someone advise me why my account was debited for an amount that I did not authorise!!!

I attempted going a route that has been suggested on countless reviews, by calling Sage to find out who has debited my account and they said EC Finance.

Seeing as I have never heard of EC Finance I decided to call other companies that it could possibly be with everyoe advising they either have no record of me or that I don't owe them anything.

I pride myself in being paranoid about my budget and knowing exactly what goes off my account ... THIS I DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING OF AND DID NOT AUTHORISE!!!

And I am definitely not wasting my time and MORE money on spending 30 mins waiting to talk to an EC Finance representative!!!
