UNAUTHORISED INVOICE PAYMENT REQUEST
<p>Received an email from EC Finance today: "As per our records we just picked up there was a problem with the Once-Off Debit order for <br />our loan service you app**** for."</p> <p> </p> <p>However, I did not contract with EC Finance and have several emails as proof that I instructed them that I DO NOT WISH TO CONTRACT with them.</p> <p> </p> <p>I find their terms and conditions *********, as they try and force you to take up a service, for which you did not enquire or apply and when you decline, they merely steamroller over your communication and keep sending contracts which I refused to sign. This is done to slip in under the radar of the NCR.</p> <p> </p> <p>What can be done to close down this ********* business in order to stop them from taking more money from the unsuspecting public?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
