Unauthorised deduction

I did not authorise deductions on my account and after notifying the supplier via email not to effect deductions and being guaranteed that it only happened after I registered, a deduction was effected. Even worse was that I receive and a mail to state that the debit order was not honoured and the amount stated was for a lesser amount.<br> <br> I am reporting them to the NCR
