unauthorised debot order second time around!!

It has been the second time i have had to reverse an unauthorized debit order from this awful company!<br> <br> I have called the call center and emailed, with no luck.<br> sat on hold for 58 min and 43 sec. UNBELIEVABLE.<br> <br> Will be handing this over to ***** department at my bank.
