Unauthorised debit orders

I have noticed that for the second month in a row you have debited our Non profit organisations bank account for the amount of R59.99 and we have incurred bank charges R284.07 and this is not on especially for an NGO. I was given this ***<br> <br> Please contact me so this can be rectified.
