Unauthorised debit orders

<p>So I tried to do an online application but didn't follow this through as it's like a service searching for loan facilities or companies or something like that. I cancelled all and moved on. Now I am getting deducted from them. Odd amounts, odd ref numbers on odd dates. Why do this if I gave them the instructions? When you try to call u 3rd in line with a 1min waiting time. Then you 2nd in line and the minutes increase to where it was 14min now. How do you stop this ? This is wrong.</p> <p> </p>
