UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER DEDUCTION

You took R109.99 off my ABSA account *** on 24/03/2015. Your home page clearly states that there are no upfront hidden fees. 'No Upfront Fees When You Apply For a Loan! I have a cheque account and if I reverse this I will get a bad record. Please refund my account immediately. I also have an e-mail where I explicitly advised not to take any unauthorised money from my account.
