Unauthorised Debit Order

<p>I did a loan application in January this year and was made aware of the R100 service fee. The loan application was denied and I still had to pay the service fee which i did. Now 6months later out of the blue I get debited another service fee. I definitely did NOT do another application or make use of your company at all since January. I logged my query as to why I was debited again with the call center and after 3 emails advising they would look into it I was asked to proove the money was debited. I then had to pay my bank to get a statement as it was over six months ago that the first fee was paid. I sent that through to EC Finance and a month later still no refund. They are ******* that ***** from people who clearly do not have money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
