Unauthorised debit order

<p>Om 30 Jume 2016 my account was debit. O have no business with them or any loan. Last year September I enquired of a loan, which I immediately cancelled. I was tild that they will still debit my account for admin purposes. Now today is deems they still have admin obligations against my knowledge or authorisation. </p> <p>Poor service and they really do not live upto their pledge as a financial institution. </p> <p> </p>
