UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER

unauthorized debit order EC FINANCE***7 SAGE160125 - R 109.99. I have without a doubt not given authorization for this debit order to be taken off my account. I want this resolved immediately, I want this debit order cancelled from EC Finance, my funds refunded and I want confirmation of the above sent to me via e mail! I was NOT advised telephonically nor at any other time that monies will be deducted from my account should i decline a loan application . I have not received this service and i definitely wont be paying for it. Refund my money or I will be taking legal action !
