Unauthorised debit order

I noticed on my account that EC Finance is deducting money from account without even me applying for a loan. There is a reference number & everything.<br> I have been holding on for the last 30minutes to speak to a consultant but all I get is the automated message...<br> I am not happy & they had better sort this problem out NOW!!!!!<br>
