******* PREYING ON PEOPLE IN NEED

I app**** online for a loan, to see if I was eligible for a loan. The result came back that I was declined. Now, I get an sms saying that they are deducting a "once-off initiation fee" on 30.09.2017 !!! An initiation of what exactly ! Its disgusting how these people prey on those in financial difficulty with their obviously HIDDEN clauses that I still cannot see! As per my customer rights per CPA, they may not debit my account as I have signed now debit order instruction with them. How do you sleep at night *****ing from people who come to you for help ? You should be ashamed of yourselves!
