Poor Service

I received an email from EC Finance dd.01 January 2016 advising due to the fact that I have made previous enquiries regarding taking up a loan from them that they offering me the opportunity to make an application for a loan with them. I did just that on the 4th January 2016 at 08.30am after reading through the loan process advising that once an online application was done that it would take 24 hours for feedback to be received. It is now 05th January 2016 at 01.26pm and I have still not received feedback on this application I made and you know for this time of the Year to be BS'd around like this is really NOT A GOOD REFLECTION ON THE COMPANY. I AM SORELY DISAPPOINTED and REALLY CONSIDERING AGAINST RECOMMENDING THIS COMPANY TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
