Pathetic service & ******* debiting

Good morning, <br> <br> Firstly debiting my account after not being able to assist me is not fair and allowed! I emailed you to cancel ALL services and you ignored it, I am still currently holding, from 1 minute to 9 minutes and have been holding now for 35 minutes. Cancel my service and anything relating to me and reverse any debit orders before i take this further for your pathetic lack of service!<br> <br>
