Not good but not bad either

I recently had dealings with EC Finance: the turnaround time was a bit slow as I was not forewarned about all the documents that would be required. I think the company can do better by providing applicants upfront with a list of all documents that will be required which could lead to a speedier process. <br> <br> Service was good but can be better.
