My bank account got debited without my knowledge

On the 25th Nov and 18 Dec 2015, my account got debited by SAGEPAY with the instruction that came from EC Finance for R59.99. I constantly check my statement but for some reason I missed the 1st debit order done last and only picked it up with the 2nd one. SAGEPAY gave me a *** to call EC Finance on *** to get clarity on what was the debit order for and how did they get my banking details but unfortunately I was on the line for 1hour 15min \On Hold"and my call was never picked up by the call center. <br> <br> 1st they ***** my money and after they don't pick-up calls"
