More *******!!!

In April this year I used the services of this firm. I paid the R129.00 that was required of me and our business was complete. They have now deducted another R129.00 from my account in August and when I contacted admitted that it was their error. They are now refusing to reply to my emails requesting my money to be reimbursed to me. How many other people has they done this to?
