Money taken out of my account for no reason

Money was debited from my bank account today (26/03), in the amount of R109.99, which I did not give permission for.<br> When I did an online application, I had to submit my banking details, otherwise a calculation could not be done. I did not qualify for a loan but money was removed from my account. This is THEFT! <br> I have tried 4 times today to call both of the numbers on the website, but the automated voice recording keeps saying that I'm caller number 3 in the line, and that my call will be answered in 3 minutes. NOTHING HAPPENS!<br> I expect someone from your finance department to call me back ASAP!
