I borrowed 10,000 from capital finance,although blacklisted they approved the loan and send me approval forms for confirmation which i did. Then on the forms there was a R1500 that had do be paid prior to the loan being sent ,i called and the lady called Mandisa whose signature is also on the forms answered ,of course i asked what the 1500 was for and she said is for insurance. I deposited the money and they said the money will be paid into the account but first i must read the email they sent that very same moment. On reading it ,it said because im under debt review and my credit score is low ,i must pay R2950 so that it booasr my score,i called the lady and ask what is happening and she said it because of the score ,then i asked why they didint say it before or why approve if they knew the loan wont be paid.Mandisa called again and said they say atleast i pay 1950 then thell pay it .i said they must cancel the whole thing cause it didn't make sense.Mandisa said the refund is ginna be paid within 48 hours till to date they are not answering my emails nor whatsup or phone calls.
