Loan application

I app**** for a loan online, received an emailed indicating they'll authenticate my bank account which was successful. They confirm in an email they wont deduct until application in process. EC Finance deducted R249.99 on the 25 March 2022. To date I contacted their office numbers, not in use, email many times. EC Finance went AWOL on me.
