*******ly debiting my bank account

I app**** for a loan from EC finance.My loan was declined.A month later , they deduct R100 from my bank account saying it is a fee for processing my loan.I went through the application documents and there is nothing stating that an application fee will be charge.They are a bunch of ******.Anybody who are thinking of doing business with them should be warned.
