******* Company / **** Operation

My fiance' filled out an application with EC Finance in my presence, their site does not disclose any information with regards to fees payable etc. During submission their site freezes and before you can read through th terms and conditions it gives you an page error. This all seemed very suspicious to me so I searched the web and came up with over 170 Hello Peter complaints for this specific company and their ******* debiting of accounts without authorisation and where they cannot provie proof of the companies to whom applications are submitted. We received an email from the applications department shortly after stating that they are processing our request we immediatley responded advising them to have the application cancelled with immediate effect. They did not respond and we received another email a day later stating that we will be debited R129.99 at the end of the month. The wording of the email is that of an illeterate person and someone who is not that well educated and therefore the concern that this is a ****. I forwarded a second email stating that I have been ignored and would like this request cancelled, I am still waiting for a response, I tried calling them directly I was first told by the operator that I am 2nd in the queue then moved to 1st after which the call was never answered after 30 minutes of holding on. Could someone please assist with this ******* company am I the only concerned client out there knowing that this company actually exists and is *****ing from people. How do I stop this company from debiting my account without having to get my attorney and the courts involved? I would like answers, what is this company about as they dont ever seem to answer any of their Hello Peter complaints either, they are a Ghost Company that you can never get hold of. Please Help!!!
