I app**** for a personal loan through EC Finance/MoneyWaveGogServices The loan was finally approved today and paid into my account despite some delays due to their systems being down.

I am very happy with the service I got, despite the delays. I want to single out Kerry van der Watt for her exceptional customer care and service. She really went the extra mile by checking up on the progress and letting me know. Every email was rep**** to on time and in kind by her. I can only commend her on her work ethics.
