I was also contacted via e-mail w.r.t additional info needed. The call centre staff were also very knowledgeable and efficient and accurate in the information they gave re the application. The service was prompt and accurate. promises made were kept, i.t.o turnaround times, my expectations were managed in a very professional and efficient manner.
