furious with EC Debit orders

my account was debited by R199.OO from EC Finance and i never took a loan from them. the last time i withdrawn my application. the worse part wen u call their number u will hold they keep on saying you will talk with their consultant in a minute but you will hold for few minutes. im very furious i want my money back mxm.im nelisiwe moledi
