********** debit orders not being cancelled

<p>I found out EC finance was deducting from my account, I have no business with them, they just taking without my consent. I couldnt get through for 3 months due to their hold times which exceed 20 minutes. I finally got through to Sonya who gave me the wrong email address to send my query. I dialled agin held for 34 min, I got through to Marionetta who sent Marius an email to cancel their debit order. Maruis wasnt at work for 3 days or so, naturally the debit order has gone thru and no one is answering my emails or calls.....what a sloppy company, how can only 1 person deal with incorrect deductions?</p>
