False advertising/debit money from ur acc

You fill in an online application (which consists of your name, ID no and of course, which HAS TO have your bank details to determine whether you qualify for a loan) This is just to start the online loan process. They don't call you or anything but you receive an email saying sign a document. Which I never signed and sent back. If felt something was fishy. They then sms you to say they have a loan for you. No terms or conditions, nothing and send you an application form to fill in. This is your whole pedigree. Which I also didn't sign and send back. Because I had received an sms saying you waited too long and the application has been cancelled. The next thing you know, they are debiting your bank account with money. Without you having signed anything, or responding to them and even though the application is supposedly cancelled. They are a bunch of people that you never hear from apart from two emails and two sms's and then they debit your account!!!! This is unacceptable...
