EC loans are ******

I have search the internet for a personal loan and came across EC loans website, and decided to apply on their website to see if I would qualify for a loan , I received an email a few days later saying that my application was declined, I thought ok and just left it, I did not print any application forms to fill in or sign anything to give permission for any debits from my bank account, I was shocked to see that they debited R109.99 from my account for what, just because I app**** on their website? People please dont go on their website you will lose money instead of EC loans helping you, its shocking that people should lose their hard earned money like this and not receiving anything in return. This is a *******, and EC loans should be dealt with, please EC loans if you would have the decency to respond to these complaints then please do, I wonder how many people you have ******* like this already, and how many are even aware that their money willl be taken out of their bank accounts.
