EC Finance terrible service

This is terrible service. I app**** for a loan because I needed financial help but EC Finance billed me close to R1000 and i still havent had any loan approved, which puts me in a worse financial position than i was in before I signed up. To make things worse, when you needed me to allow a debit order to go through on my account all i needed to do was sign some lousy form and email it back to you guys and money was out of my account before I even got results of any loan application but now when i want to stop these debit orders I have to hand write a letter and send it by post to your address which is not given by the way. Who still uses post first of all. I believe this a way to make our lives difficult and almost impossible to stop transactions with your organisation. I have never ever written a complaint in my life until you guys. Simply terrible service and if this is not solved soon Im going to have to report it to someone and at the very least warn people not to get into bed with this kind of a service provider. And do you guys actually have a call centre because I swear your phones are always busy, Its like we are purposely made to wait and waste airtime only to be ignored.
