EC Finance *****

First email January 23rd about debit orders on my acc.<br> Feb 5th 2015 I received an email from EC Finance saying I have not paid my 3rd debit order.<br> They state R99 once off Admin fee for NO SERVICES!!<br> Then they take R99 twice, when they wanted to take it a third time there was no money.<br> Communication was established with Marionetta on March 5th 2015 after which I got proof of my online application which I did not even submit and I asked again about the money that was taken twice. <br> March 9th I asked again what about the payments and got no response.<br> March 16th I asked again and got no response.<br> March 17th I got a response saying its a initiation fee even after I sent my bank statements through before as if it was the first time I am enquiring and I had to send through the reference numbers again. I was told to wait for Marius to get in contact with me.<br> April 7th I sent an email again asking what is going on as I have had no contact with both Marionetta and Marius.<br> April 20th I sent another email again as I have still had no response.<br> Today is 29 April 2015 and yet I am still waiting.<br> I want my money back and also the R130-R140 that I pay for a returned debit order!!!
