Double charged on my account from EC finance

I got double charged 109.99 on my account by EC finance and SAGE. As all the other complaints i read i also do not recall giving authorisation for a debit order x 2 to be loaded on my bank account. I would like a copy of this agreement sent to me asap.<br> Also, the worst service or should I say NO service received, one mail no calls no assistance and on top of it all double charged for What??<br> I request that my money be refunded as soon as possible as I did not receive any service at all and one mail saying declined from one place is not service and not worth 109.99.<br> Could someone please contact me regarding the terrible service and account charges asap.<br> <br> Description on my account 1.
