Deduction on my account without my authority

I app**** for a loan and was declined, surprisingly EC Finance deducted money from my account and I stopped the deduction, I want them to pay back my money with compensation as when I stopped that deduction the bank charged me, I don't really understand how they operate, how the hell did they deduct my money from my account knowing that the loan was declined? what is that I am paying for? can they please explain this to me <br> 29 Feb 2016 <br> <br> <br> EC FINANCE***9 SAGE16 R109.99 I want my money back
