Deduction of fees

Here also last month and amount of R80 was just deducted of my account. Phoned them and was told to email proof of the deduction to them which I did. Emails just being read and no reply or payback. Was told it must be a ****ch in the system and Marius will have to sort it out. Did not apply to them for any loans that could justify this deduction. Well needless to say again after several emails to them again no feedback.
