DEBITING MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY CONSENT TWICE

This company deducted R109 from my account last month and i tried to call ans send them email no luck no one responds to emails and calls and again this month same amount deducted and tried to call was on hold for 67 minutes no luck. sent emails again no reply. i am really not happy about this :(
