DEBITING FROM MY ACCOUNT

I app**** for a loan in February 2015 ,was declined they debited end off February for services not rendered but now its end of March month and they debited R109.99 again. I mean really this is not on will I be paying every month now for no services received. PLEASE STOP *****ING MY MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT!
