Debited my account without authority or knowledge

I am currently holding on for the 4th phone call now since 10 this morning trying to find out why I have a debit order on my bank account from your company, where I don't even have a loan with you people and your information reads Mr Leon Viljoen, who has no relation to myself!!<br> I am reversing this transaction and stopping tis ******* debit order!! I will also seek legal advise should there be any further debit orders or if I discovery any previous debit orders, to get my money back!<br> This is really so ******* it is not even funny!! How do you just deduct from a person's bank account without the relevant authority?
