Debit Order deducted from my account unauthorised

On the 24 Mar 2016 I had a debit order taken off my bank account unauthorised without my consent. when I contacted them via email Marius rep**** that it was an error on their side and that I will be reimbursed last week. I have to date not received my money that was taken on 24 Mar 2016. What happens to the people that don't check their bank accounts.
