DEBIT ORDER

I have received a sms from ec finance confirm that they are deducting R109.99 from my account which is ******* as there is no indication on the terms and conditions that any amounts going off for ADMIN FEE what so ever. nobody has ever contact me regarding in load as they said WILL BE CONTACTED IN 24HR - bull dust. <br> the person whom I have spoke to was laughing at me which I THINK is very unprofessional <br> <br> <br> I demand and explanation and what is going on here
