Debit Order

On 5 February I got a mail from EC Finance which state the bank declined payment of R99.99. I send an email back but had no reply. I saw on my bank statement that the debit went of the 24th of January and they got the payment. I called the number on the mail but it did not exist. I did not even got a loan. After reading everybody's compliment s I am confused. EC Finance will you please give me also a reason to compliment you.
