BIGGEST ****** ON THE INTERNET!

<p>So i was browsing the net for a short term loan and app**** at a few places including one called EC Loans (www.ecloans.co.za) aka EC Finance (www.ecfinance.co.za), filled out the online form submitted and on the 3rd of October 2016 I received an email from them saying i was pre-approved and that I should completed the contract and submit it, I ignored the email coz my gut feeling told me to, but on the same day another email came in from Marionetta Prins and yet again i ignored it. On the 5th of October she sent me another 2 emails and i thought to myself what the hec let me complete the form and check if I'll qualify. So i completed the form and on the 6th of October 2016 Marionetta Prins sent me a confirmation that my application was received and that the "info department" will get back to me once everything was loaded and i thought to myself wow nice customer service, little did i know.</p> <p>2 days later i decided to call their office just to inform them that i lost my cell phone and the auto answering machine tells me I'm caller no.4 and the average hold time is 15min so i hold on and on and on and on eventually after 17min on the phone and still in 4th place i decided to drop the call and leave it for Monday 10 October 2016.</p> <p>Monday comes i call and same story but just this time I'm caller no.3 with an average hold time of 17min dropped the call immediately coz once bitten twice shy. So i sent Marionetta Prins an email to inform her about my cell phone and also to check up on the status of the app and no reply from her, on the same day I sent an email ********** and requested feedback and got a reply ********** informing me that it was sent for final approval and that it takes about 5 working days depending on the load and i actually at that stage thought wow that's fast.</p> <p>13 October 2016 i sent Sonja an email coz it was now more than 5 days from the 5th but no reply. Sent and email ********** but no reply. I then went online and completed the contact us form and guess who replies on the 14th "Marionetta Prins" and this is her exact words</p> <p>"Hi You will be contacted once there is feedback on the final assessment. We really cannot see how far in line you are to be contacted."</p> <p>I thought to myself that's a bit rude but left it and said to myself ok they'll get back to me when they get back to me and i left it.</p> <p>Then on the 25th of Octobers 2016 a sms from my bank comes thru and they debited my account and i was shocked coz nowhere on the application i submitted did they say anything about money being deducted and this for a service i didn't even get so now I'm ****ed off coz you can never reach them when you need feedback and if you reach them they are arrogant *******s that act like you owe them something. </p> <p> </p> <p>On the 31st of October 2016 after trying to reach them since the 25th I completed a contact us form on their website and today i get an sms that my application was unsuccessful and when i tried to send them an email i get a auto reply that they blocked me. (see below)</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm taking them straight to FAIS Ombud, they have not seen the last of me.
