Admin charge not discolsed.

EC Finance decided to deduct an admin fee of R109.99 from my account today. I called, was on hold for 25min gave up. Called again, was on hold for 45min, got through to an agent, who informed me that this fee was an admin fee once off for an online application. I do not recall seeing any info from them, on the site (just been on again) and cannot find any reference to any admin fee for any online application? I also then checkd my transunion account, to see if any company called EC finance or Monney wise, did any credit check on my account, nothing! How can EC Finance justify charging any admin fee for a mere online query about a loan application, then also justify that it did it's own webisted based process shown as to do a credit check, which it did not!, to then even state that the application was declined? I did not ever receive any email to confirm a fee, or that my query was being processed, or even if the application was approved or declined. I have emailed EC Finance, Marionetta Prins, with no reply. All i requested was a refund.
